Open daily from 9:00 - 365 days a year - also on holidays. Closing times are between 16:30 and 18:30 depending on the season, closing time and last admission is half an hour before the end of visiting hours.

An exciting exhibition explains why only a small number of polar bears can still be found in the Artic and how we can contribute to the protection of the environment and thus the polar bears.
